We offer a variety of RVs including Camper Cars, Class B (camper vans), Class C motorhomes, travel trailers, and fifth wheels. Availability varies by the season.

2. Do I need a special license to rent an RV?

In Washington State a standard driver’s license is sufficient to rent and drive an RV. No commercial license is required for typical rental vehicles.

3. How old do I have to be to rent an RV?

Renters must be at least 25 years old.

4. What is included in the rental?

Rentals typically include basic kitchen equipment, fresh water and waste tanks, and onboard appliances. Optional add-ons may include bedding, cookware, camping chairs, or bike racks.

5. Are pets allowed?

Many RVs are pet-friendly, but pet approval and fees may apply. Please disclose pets at the time of booking if the pet option is available to avoid additional charges.

6. How does insurance work?

Insurance coverage protects you and ensures peace of mind. Our partner, Outdoorsy Insurance Group, provides industry-leading RV rental insurance coverage. You can choose between 3 protection packages that provide varying levels of physical and liability coverage to suit your needs and budget. Daily premiums will vary depending on the vehicle and protection package chosen. All drivers are required to complete a separate identity and verification process to secure insurance coverage. what about roadside assistance?

No one wants to get stranded on their trip, so we include CoachNet roadside assistance with every reservation! In the unlikely event of a mechanical problem with the vehicle, including flat tires, dead battery, or key lockouts, just call.

What is the cancellation policy?

From the date of reservation and up to 90 days before departure, Outdoors RV Rentals will refund the down payment amount less a $300 processing fee. If cancelled within 90 days of departure and more than 45 days from departure, 50% of down payment amounts will be refunded. If cancelled within 45 days of departure no refunds will be given as the reservation will now be paid in full. No refunds will be issued for changes made on or after the date of departure. No refunds will be issued for late pickups, early returns, no-shows, or weather. Any reservation canceled by Outdoors RV Rentals will receive a full refund to the method of payment.
