Our camper cars, campervans, Class B+ and Class C motorhomes will each get 100 miles of travel allowance daily at no additional. At checkout you will provide your trips farthest destination and it will calculate your estimated mileage and the total trips  cost for you.

At Checkout the you can select 1 of 3 RV rental insurance packages available. Plus we also offer trip cancellation, roadside assistance, trip insurance and interior damage protection. RV Insurance starts at $9.95 per day depending on the rental and package you choose.

Our daily rates fluctuate according to a variety of factors, including rental model demand, time of year, music festival events and length of trip. You can get a quick quote on our website or contact our reservations team.

  • Driver’s License/Proof of Identification: All drivers must hold a valid driver’s license for the entire rental period. The primary driver must have a major credit card in their name. Only drivers specified on the contract are allowed to drive Outdoors RV Rentals vehicles. An international driver’s license, although recommended, is not sufficient on its own.
  • Minimum Age to Rent a RV Rental: You must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid drivers license.
  • Our Rental Hours: We are open Monday - Friday from 9am - 4pm.
  • Vehicle Pick Up and Drop Off: Vehicles are available for pick up between 10 am and 3 pm and must be returned between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM on the agreed drop-off date.
  • Minimum and Maximum Rental Period: There is no maximum rental period. Our website quotes a minimum 3-10 day rental. The longer you rent  the cheaper it gets. The discount is built into the quote automatically.

Pick up as early as 10:00AM and return as late as 3PM


We rent per day. For example, picking up Monday and returning on Thursday would be a 4-day rental. This allows our customers a more flexible arrangement without requiring you to pick the rental up late in the afternoon and returning early in the morning. So your last days rental allows for up to a 29 hour rental which is even more generous than a car rental agency.

We offer 3 secondary insurance protection packages at checkout:


Basic Protection:

  • Liability Coverage: State Minimum
  • Comprehensive & Collision Protection: Up to 300K
  • Windshield Repair Coverage


Essential Protection:

  • Liability Coverage: State Minimum
  • Comprehensive & Collision Protection: Up to 300K

Peace of  Mind Protection

  • Liability Coverage: Up to $500K
  • Comprehensive & Collision Protection: Up to 300K
  • Windshield Repair Coverage
  • Roadside Assistance


Cancellation Policy: All pre-paid monies are non-refundable. However If we are able to re-book your cancelled reservation, we will refund based on days and value difference plus our cost of accepting your reservation via a credit card. If you selected a Wheelbase package they are generally cancelled and refunded except Trip Insurance as we don't refund and only initiate a refund for you so its best to cancel as soon as possible as some packages requires so many days in advance to cancel before departure to get a refund.
